i have ptsd i was shot before so i stay strapped every day and youll get thru it

trust me i spent like what 3 months in the hospital bc 2 little shots its alr trust sometimes you gotta relive it or somthing to get thru

well mine stemmed through me younger going into a fit of rage and accidently killing my brother with a knife

i did it out of a fit of rage to the point i couldnt control myself and hit him with the first thing i had, which was a knife

ive regretted that moment when my 9 year old eyes saw the life leave my brothers eyes as i recognized what i had done and i was forever scarred

I can’t even imagine that. I can’t offer enough words of solitude

so from that day foward i still remember the incident
