don't use an a-10 on simple ground forces. Given the white camo, this is most likely set in winter terrain, maybe ground-to-water operations [though highly unlikely]. The weapon in question appears to be a simple automatic rifle, most accurate at medium-to-small-range engagements [e.g. securing forests, firefights, etc.] but does not appear to have a large magazine and the gear the enemy combatant in question is quite light [is she even wearing clothes other than the dumb cloak and the shirt?] but there is still a possibility of concealed melee weapons, so be careful when engaging in close combat. A small magazine and a light pack may mean limited ammunition, so try to run her out of ammo before swooping in for the kill. additionally, the tail and exposed lower chest cavity are extremely underprotected, aim for those to induce blunt trauma and cripple the victim so as to safely euthanize her. please note that some weebs may let their hormones get the better of them [not saying im a weeb or i think shes hot] so either do not dispatch weebs or administer anti-hormonal drugs beforehand. The glowing eye and large tail profile also easily highlight the position of an enemy combatant, look out for those too. Best send a team in to isolate her and distract her in combat, then try to pin her into a position and flush her out with flashbangs and grenades if the assault unit or snipers haven't got to her already.
The enemy combatant pictured here looks like they have plot armor, maybe shoot out the kneecaps and interrogate [could yield valuable information under influence of torture or torture of loved ones], but overall, swooping in with an A-10 is an expensive waste of ammo and fuel and does not guarantee results, whereas an operation is more accurate and has a higher success rate.
but thats just my take on it. brrt if you like.
