here's an example, you deleted an account cuz of stress and you want to come back in but with that said account, there should be a button that says "revive deleted" which needs your email, and if there's a bunch of accs you've used with the email that you've deleted, you can pick one of them for the revival
(it only is good for people that deleted accounts, NOT people who got site mod deleted)

What if the person has multiple emails and forgot what email they used for it?

Also that's not a good idea (no offence) because it could be abused by a hacker
