Okay so, I’ve actually wanted to speak on this subject for a little.

Straight people are cool, there is absolutely nothing wrong with their sexuality (when I was in the closet I was told that I’m bad cause I’m straight) if a straight person is homophobic or transphobic they aren’t cool, but just as a straight person can be transphobic a gay person can be that too. It isn’t just straight people.

Toxic LGBTQ+ people suck, they are harmful to everyone. They hurt the name of us LGBTQ+ people and they usually are rude to straight people for no reason*. They don’t truly represent us even though they try, and for some of the toxic people they don’t respect and are rude to some people in the LGBTQ+ community, like I know someone who was very arophobic to me when they “support all of the gay community” and they kept on saying “ew, cis men are the worst thing on this planet” and that low key offended me cause I once was a cis man and making fun of someone who didn’t choose to be something isn’t right.

You know what’s funny? I tend to rant and make super long messages to stuff like this but when I have to write something like this for class work it seems impossible

Being LGBTQ is ok but making your sexuality/gender orientation your whole personality is a huge problem
