Sitewide comment timers come from comments that were against the Terms of Use, and were found and deleted by sitewide Moderators.

Comments against the Terms of Use (and any subsequent sitewide comment timers) are usually found via the comment flagging system, sometimes a Sitewide Moderator finds those comments on their own.

Please look through your notifications. Notification(s) associated with sitewide comment timers will link users to the image page where their comment was deleted. Maybe that will help you find where your comment was deleted, help you remember what Content or Conduct your comment had, maybe that will help you avoid repeating the same mistake.

"Like there's comments with n words you keep up" in your title is probably misguided. Just because there might be something against the Terms of Use somewhere on the site, that does not mean you are somehow exempt from the Terms of Use.
