There's no denying every individual holds unique perspectives - as no two lives nor their personal experiences are ever exactly the same - and for that reason, I think any individual ever elevated to SCOTUS should possess not only sound legal knowledge and experience but further, a broad perspective and understanding of the vast diversity of opinions and beliefs that currently exist, rather than elevating someone like ACB for purely religious/political ideological reasons.

I assume you're Republican leaning - based on your unquestioning parroting of their talking points -
yet have never once ever conducted any research into any SCOTUS nominee nor why - religiously or politically - they were ever nominated.

ACB was fast tracked by the GOP - without ever possessing much judicial experience - due solely to her religious beliefs on abortion; Clarence Thomas got elevated because the GOP sought to replace his retiring predecessor with another black man in order to gain future black votes; Scalia gained because the GOP sought to win over Italian ancestry voters in the next election, etc, etc, etc.

Don't pretend there hasn't been a political and/or ideological motivation behind every single SCOTUS nominee by either party for decades. In KBJ's case - unlike those of her predecessors - she possesses the broadest and deepest framework of prior judicial knowledge and experience to better evaluate cases based on their actual merits rather than ideology alone. Apparently, that something that scares the hell out of GOP leaders.

Are you asking me if I'm as dumbass as you mindlesssly believing in and/or supporting any indocrinated religious and/or political ideology? Nope. I have no more sympathy for the fate that befalls pedos anymore than that of GOP officials that knowingly supported Trump's BIG LIE.

So do tell why the WH is refusing to release 48000 pages of documents?

Be more specific.

"the Biden administration has hidden an estimated 48,000 documents "under the Presidential Records Act and FOIA exemptions. That's a lot of hiding.".

How's that any different from every other administration that's ever existed? Trump's administration and allies have fought like hell in multiple courts nationwide (unsuccessfully) to try to overturn an election he legitimately lost, as too prevent evidence of their coup plot ever being becoming public.

So by your standards, republicans should be parading her high school history now... got it...

Specific means articulating W5... 'who, what, when, where & why' not merely parroting a talking point from whatever politician or media mouthpiece you follow.
