In short, the SCU divides into 3 districts, all controlled by different leaders, while the Central District is tasked with ensuring that the two other districts don’t go haywire. The Inner Republic is the most dangerous district, as it is socialist and commonly resorts to wars with neighboring villages. There are also rebels in the area, most commonly the Central Republic. The two largest rebel groups are socialists and fascist, with the socialist group being funded by the Inner Republic, secretly. The SCU has been at war with the CAP, Japan and Eurasia for several years.
