hello my great moderator. My comrade beggar strike team and I need help. We need help in ridding the front pages of beggars. Can you maybe memechat me or something so you can remove beggars that got to the front page? If you don't want to that's ok, I just would like an easier way to rid them from our community than commenting hate on them until they delete the meme. Thank you for reading this message

Neither. Since it's not in the Terms of Use, it's really up to the owner of any particular stream to make their own Submission Rules and then decide how to enforce those rules.

Feel free to define and ban upvote begging in some or all the streams you own, suggest you scroll by streams that invite upvote begging.
