Look, the mods TRY to help, but when they DONT users shouldn't have to just sit there like "..crap"

Site mods should be the last resort. If you have an issue with another user, try working out with that user, if that doesn't pan out, then go to the stream mods and owners. Ideally site mods wouldn't have to intervene with all the little issues and have more time to deal with the bigger issues. Like those approvals everyone whines takes soo long ;)

No, he really doesn't-
And the mods really don't help a lot, the most they do half the time is ban someone for a day and give the defender a comment timer after waiting for 7 hours for a response. Users shouldn't have to rely on that- if they're the one getting attacked, they should be allowed to fight back without any sort of backfire

What are stream mods doing about the situation?

Nothing, Olympian did nothing.

Basically some guy erp'd with a 10 year old- we went to Olympian and instead of him helping the ones who reported the issue, he decided it would be a good idea to stop anyone from talking about it- despite the fact we weren't left many options to accordingly fix the issue- he's also been making remarks like "you're not the one calling the shots here" which is just "I have power and you don't so I win or you die" in more digestible words

Pretty sure he didn't forbid anyone from talking about the issue, that would be silly to stop constructive dialogue on it. He's enforcing the TOS that clearly states harassment and targeting of any individual (regardless of their standing on imgflip) will not be tolerated. I'm happy to discuss this further in a meme chat. All the mods are aware of the situation, have looked into it in depth just have not found any justification for the treatment this individual is receiving.
