People I work with "teach" us about "cultural appropriation" and that it is wrong for white non-latin people to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Also, some of my ancestors immigrated from Ireland. (I am not actually saying no one can celebrate St Patty's, I'm just exposing the hypocrisy of the people who push this cultural appropriation nonsense and then don't follow it themselves.
