I'm back from the dead.

[Hjördis would adjust his Farmer’s hat]
“ Oh boy, a new adventure, it seems. “

As you are walking in the forest, you see an abanded cabin.

[He’d look at it]
“ Such a nice cabin, why would anyone abandon it? “

Does he go in?

[He’d peek through the door and look in]

A raccoon jumps on your face, doing minor damage

[Hjördis would use his pickaxe as a golf club, impaling the racoon on it]
“ OOh, I got a big one! “

The raccoon has tiny, crystal clear eyes.
On the door of the cabin the name 'Hygridd' is engraved.

[He’d read it]
“ Sounds like someone from Bulwark, weird. “
[He’d enter the cabin]

It seems nice, but there’s something wrong with the place

[He’d look around]
“ Looks like my house in Bulwark. “

[He’d search around for anything that is useful]

You look under a chair, and see a possum skull and a few notes criticizing the Augur

[He’d look at the notes]

Nothing to interesting, but most of the words have been marked out with a sharpie.

There is a faint light in the distance

[He’d look at the light]
“ Weird. “
[He’d go outside and slowly approach the light.]

It seems to be a city… maybe? You can’t really tell, but it seems busy from all the imports and exports coming in and out

“ Lot bigger than Bulwark. “
[He’s continue making his way there, using his pickaxe as a sort of ‘machete’]

As he gets closer to a city, an export full of cheese passes by him

[He’d look at it, holstering his pickaxe against his shoulder]
“ Bloody communists. “

They look at him strangely, and offer to sell him a wheel for 50 silver
“Ah! A newcomer! Welcome to New HeedsBrew!”

[He'd inspect the wheel, and then peek into his pocket]
" Thank you for offerin', but I didn't bring anything except salvage. "

“Oh. Tryna get a new start?”

" I just went out wanderin', the Deep and Bulwark gets borin'. "

“Oh. Well enjoy yourself. We keep our streets and alleyways very clean.”

" Good hygiene. "
[He'd walk down the road]

He arrives at the gate.
A bored employee can be seen taken out of the booth and a new, energetic employee takes his place

“What is your purpose for coming to our great city?”

“ A visit. “

“Very well.”
The gates open, letting you in

[He’d look around]
“ Nice place. “

You see the tired guard get shoved into a building

“ Just like Bulwark. “

*Nok is confused af*

A cabin is seen in the distance

*Nok shivers in fear and starts walking towards the cabin*

Does she enter?

*Nok stares at the cabin for a short moment before slowly walking in*

Nok: "That's fine. I can just fix that later."

*Nok cautiously looks around the cabin, knowing that he could get attacked at any moment*

As you search, you look right, left, and down, you look up, and a banshee jumps off of the roof

Nok: "Wha-"

*Do you roll for distraction/running away?*

Nok: "I oughta leave."

*You roll a 19.*
You flew through the back entrance, narrowly avoiding the banshee. As you are running, you come across a tall tower.
*Do you enter*

Nok: "Ooooooooh, a tower! It looks like it could contain some kind of good loot or something at the very top. I should probably enter warily, though..."

On the door there are three eyes. A giant stick is nearby. There is some text on the door as well.
“Only a blinded eye can see the path to redemption.”

Nok: "Oh. I don't even have eyes. Welp, guess I can't enter THAT tower."

(You stab the eyes on the door with the stick. Look around for hints in what order to blind the eyes)

Nok: "I should probably search some bushes or something for clues..."

Inside a poison burry bush there’s a stone tablet saying “ I / III “

*Nok just stands there, confused*

( Ok so first number is which eye ( L-R ), and the second is what order to stab. So I/III would mean to stab the far left one last)

Nok: "I feel like I should look for some more clues."
*Nok writes down 'far left last' on a stone tablet*

After slamming his head on the tower out of boredom, you get a concussion and your head starts to bleed, but the blood seeps into the brick, saying ( II/II )

Nok: "That's okay... I can just repair that with some... Lifeblood... later..."
*Nok writes down 'middle second' on his stone tablet*

*You can try the puzzle now*

*Nok stares at his tablet, repeating to himself, 'right first, middle second, left third' as he stabs the eyes with the stick in that order*

The door crumbles, you may now enter

*Nok slowly walks in and tries to pay close attention to everything*

There are various, unreadable engravings, they seem important though.

Nok: "Woah..."

* Keep walking?*

*Nok continues slowly walking through*

More of those carving appear, but there is somebody on a throne.

*Nok just stares at them*

They are turning away from them
“Climb the steps of you wish to speak darling.”
(Forget to mention they are up a huge staircase)

*Nok walks up the stairs*

A woman in turquoise robes, black shirts and pants, no head and a purple crown turns towards him “Can I help you darling?”

Nok: "What is this place?"

“It’s my wonderland. Haven for me and the ancient writings!” She throws a crystal magnifying glass at them, “Would you like to observe?”

Nok: "Ancient writings? Those texts on the walls? Sure, I'll observe. You know, I'm familiar with crystals myself. Probably just a different variant though, because the crystals I know sing very faintly and shoot lasers despite just being objects."

“That’s cool sweetie.”

*Nok tries to smile despite his lack of facial expression outside of his eyes*

“Hm. That’s awkward.” She flies away, still I’m her chair

Nok: "Do I look through the magnifying glass at the texts on the wall?"

“Mhmmm!”

Nok: "Ok!"

The one closest to the stairs reads “The broken one. She shields the wisdoms of thousands of generations.”
