(My personal opinion)

Mild swearing is not nsfw, but if you are swearing four times it is. Anything overly gruesome is nsfw, people don’t want to see that. And then anything with nudity implied or involved is nsfw. Adult fun time acts or references is nsfw. Discussion of private parts is nsfw

Anything a parent wouldn’t show their 13 year old is NSFW
