well I wouldn’t really say yes, I would just stay at least 5 miles away from them.

If they did it 5 years ago and haven't done it again, I would not simply shun them. He or she is a human, and humans make mistakes, like you and I. But if he were a war criminal, I'd be quick to shun him.
