If passed by the house and the senate and signed into law, a Supreme Court will be formed.
Section 1 (Justices)
All judicial power is vested in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is made up of The owner (the Chief Justice), and the temporary owners (associate justices). Any citizen can start a petition for the Supreme Court to majority vote on.
Section 2 (repeal bills)
The Supreme Court is granted the power to repeal a bill by a majority vote for being unconstitutional.
Section 3 (the circuit court)
Each justice has a district, or circuit. The justice presiding over a case is determined in which district the case was filed in. Your district is determined by how many points you have:
3.A 1,000-10,000 points is the first circuit court.
3.B 10,001-100,000 points is the second circuit court.
3.C 100,000-300,000 points is the third circuit court.
4.D 300,001-500,000 points is the fourth circuit court.
5.E 500,001-700,00 points is the fifth circuit court.
6.F 700,001-1,000,000 points is the sixth circuit court.
7.G 1,000,001-∞ points is the seventh circuit court.
In a case, you can appeal to the Chief Justice to replace a justice in a specific case, in this scenario the Chief Justice can dismiss or accept the request, and if accepted will appoint a new justice to the specific case. This is also true if a circuit has a vacant justice spot.
If passed, a list of justices will be posted and their circuit.
