That's not going to help this website safe, it will cause more problems and will be less fun for that. Those who keeps arguing or breaking the TOS, will result users a comment timer for 8 or 24 hours a day in life.

But what's not fair is how the mod team bans people for small trolling or even worse, they wanna ban people for not obeying every stupid whim they have. ESPECIALLY after a user was reported and they did nothing to step in
That's because they didn't get warned until I flagged a comment for certain reason of spamming on the global mod.

They where told SEVERAL times about the user to my reading. And what's unfair is how they chose not to take action but suddenly take interest whenever people troll and make jokes about them. Outside of the global mods, there really isn't a lot that can be done to prevent any damage or problems done by the user in question.
GLOBAL MODS WHO ABUSE THEIR POWER TO FORCE SILENCE, FORCE PEOPLE ON THEIR SIDE IN ARGUMENTS, OR BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE A USER- SHOULD LOSE MOD PRIVILEGES. FURTHERMORE, THERE SHOULD BE A TOOL TO IDENTIFY WHEN MOD IS BEING ABUSED, EXAMPLE WOULD BE A RATING SYSTEM IN THE APPEAL FORM TO RATE THE ABUSE
