You hear a voice as if it is in the room but there isn’t anyone on stage
“Hello everybody and welcome back to Ixnay Attersmay! Our contestant today the one, the only, MISCHEA!”
A crowd chears

Mischea: What's going on?! (She doesn't watch tv and she doesn't have any devices because her mom thinks of them as demonic)

*suddenly another chair appears with someone in it*
“And her rival, straight from dirtmouth, its MELEDO!”
*slightly less cheering*
Meledo: What in tarnation?
*image is meledo*

Mischea: *she looks very nervous and scared*

“And your host, yours truly, Chran!”
*he appears on the stage*

Mischea: ?!

Chran: Welcome to tonight’s show! How are you feeling, Mischea?

Mischea: Nervous?! What is this place?!

Chran: I told you, silly! This is Ixnay Attersmay! The renowned [and only] game show in Hallownest! Now, tell us where you’re from.

Mischea: Uh... *thinks of something random* Salem, Oregon...

Chran: What do you work as?

Mischea: I don't work, I'm nine..

*the crowd gasps and starts whispering*
Chran: Calm down! She isn’t from here!
*silence*
Chran: Anyway! What about you, Meledo?
Meledo: Uh.. I’m a miner…?

Mischea: ...

Chran: Where are you from?
Meledo: You said already…
Chran: …..Nevermind. Now, ladies and gentlemen is time for our first game!

Mischea: Game? I like games!

*an upbeat jingle plays*
Chran: Our first game is Bridge Parkour! Each contestant must leap from platform to platform, collecting coins as they go. The first to cross from one side to the other with every coin wins!
*a curtain is pulled to reveal the obby. You see a glowing, bubbling, oozing substance at the bottom*
Chan: And be sure not to fall into the Pit of Radiance!
*the audience laughs*

Mischea: THESE AREN'T THE KIND OF GAMES I PLAY!!

Meledo: I don’t know about you, ma’am, but I can’t jump to save my life!

Mischea: ...
*nervous*

Chran: Contestants, to your starting lines!
Meledo: I don’t like this one bit…

Mischea: Me either. Can t we leave?

*the audience laughs*
Chran: Ha ha! No, dear!

Mischea: *snorts at him* ...

Chran: Anyways, the winner of this round gets 1 point! The first to 10 wins!

Mischea: *she screeches in nervousness*

Meledo: can’t we run, ma’am?

Mischea: Like out of here? (Whispers to him)

Meledo: yeah.

Mischea: Yeah, but we need to find an exit... (Btw, she's nine lol)

meledo: Screw it.
*he runs towards the audience but just before he gets into the audience Chran widens one of his eyes which flashes white and suddenly, it is now how it was 5 minutes before, just after the directions*
Meledo: huh?!??

Mischea: GAH! F- *she quickly covers her mouth and widens her eyes) f...fiddlesticks....?

Chran: Let’s try and stay kid friendly as we can, all right?

Mischea: I said "Fiddlesticks" !

Chran: I knew where it was originally going, you cheeky devil!
*the audience laughs*

Mischea: ... >:(

Chran: Now, are you ready?
Audience: YES CHRAN!! 3, 2, 1!
Chran: Go!

Mischea: *screeches and runs to the parkour, not knowing what to do*

*music is playing*

“Hello everyone!”
A crowd cheers

"This isn't Draedon's lab"

“Welcome to this week’s Ixnay Attersmay! This week, our contestant is from a far off land, she’s good with magic so be careful, IT’S CALAMITAS!”
*the crowd cheers like she’s a celebrity*

"Oh... Guess I'm popular around here"

“And her opponent for the night, straight from dirtmouth, IT’S MELEDO!!!”
* a chair appears with him inside*
Meledo: Huh!?

"Let me guess, a fight with the desert scourge is what got you this bandged up"

Meledo: Uhh, ma’am, I’m not sure what you’re talkin’ about.
*he has a strong texan accent*

"Good, you shouldn't"

The voice
“And your host, Your’s truly, Chran!”
He appears on stage.

*She looks Chran as she is confused of what species Chran may be*

Chran: Welcome to the show, Calamitas, care to tell us a bit about yourself?

"Hmph, I am Calamitas, the Brimstone witch and backstabber of the tyrant Yharim. I have a Unconcentual clone which Yharim used to evaporate the ocean, gladly I betrayed him which he then put a curse on me to be deformed until defeat, which *Takes a breath* I have been by a traveler who had slayed the jungle dragon Yharon"

The crowd goes aww then claps
Chran: Sounds like you are a high profile lady, huh?
Meledo: I don’t remember signing anything..

"Yeah... I was raised in a family of powerful brimstone Necromancers"

Chran: Nice! Now meledo, what do you do?
Meledo: I’m a miner I guess…

*She listens*

Chran: Anything fun you like to do?
Meledo: …
Chran: anyway…. It’s time for a quick summary of the rules!
1. This game will consist of multiple rounds, which are either quizzes, minigames or games of chance, which you can win prizes from!
2. Winning a round gives you a point, the first to 5 wins!
3. No escaping or harming eachother unless the challenge explicitly says so.

"Okay..."

Chran: Now, for our first game, a simple trivia!

*Silently* "shoot"

Chran: This will work in two parts. The first part is simpler where you both get the same question with unlimited guesses and the first to get it right wins a point. If you win the first part, the second part revolves around you. You get 3 questions with unlimited time but only one guess on each. If you get it wrong, your opponent gets to guess and try and steal your point. Most points after 3 rounds wins!

"Okay sounds simple enough*

Meledo: I’m prolly gonna lose…
Chran: Are you ready for your first question?

"Yeah, I'm ready"

Chran: Question one: What species am I?

*She thinks*

Meledo: Why that’s easy! I’ve heard about what you are!

"Some type of bug?"

Chran: Yes, but which?

"Ummm a mix of beetle and ummmm fly?"

Chran: nope!
Meledo: Darn I forgot! M… ma…. Mad? No.. man…

"Oh no"

Chran: here’s a clue! Praying…?
*here’s a remaster*

"Praying mantis!!!"

Chran: YES!
Meledo: d’aw..
*the audience applauds*

*She feels very proud of herself*

Chran: Now, something I didn’t tell you earlier, is that now you get to try your luck!

"Hmm, interesting"

Chran: How this will work is that Meledo will be strapped to a wheel and-
Meledo: What?!?
Chran: -and you have to throw three darts onto the wheel while he spins-
Meledo: WHAT?!
Chran: and you win prizes if you hit the segments on the wheel. There aren’t any rules saying you can’t hit him so do whatever!
Meledo: Wow..

"Are brimstone darts allowed?"

Chran: Sure!
Meledo: Are you trying to kill me, ma’m?!?!

*She smirks*
"Alright"

Chran: Now to begin!
Meledo: Please, ma’am please! What did I do!
*chran picks up Meledo and straps him to a whimsy wheel of luck type machine*

*the audience sees as Calamitas's hands started glowing brimstone red and the area had a glow of brimstone red*

*they gasp*
Chran: Those are some fancy darts
*Meledo lets out a small squeal in fear*

"I'm just starting, you haven't seen them yet"
*She encapsulates herself, the crowd and Chran in a bubble of her Brimstone magic*

*the crowd really gasps*
Chran: If you do any damage to the set you will be charged!
*it sounds like Meledo is crying(

*She stops the magic*
"Okay, I won't damage the set"

Chran: And besides, I doubt your lightshow could really thwart me and the crew.
*the crowd goes ooh, Meledo stops crying*

*She encapsulates herself in a bubble of her magic again and this time, shoots the Brimstone darts at Meledo, the darts were very accurate*
(Brimstone darts look like fireballs)

Meledo: AAAAAH!
*The crowd goes Oh!*
Chran: Nice shot!

*9 shots were fired and she gets out of her bubble*

Meledo looks unconscious.
Chran: Oh dear… I’m sure he’ll be fine, I think it’s time we go on break anyway..!

*She pulls an omega healing potion*
"Give this to him if he needs it"

Chran: I’ll need to have it checked first.

"It heals all wounds, 300 Health is what it's called back where I live"

Chran: Fine!
*he takes the potion and puts it so Meledo is drinking it.*

*The potion immediately starts making Meledo feel better and heals his wounds*

Meledo: h..huh?

"Hey, are you okay"

Meledo: W-what happened??
