Static is a living AI, able to do things without being told to. [REDACTED], his creator, was an amazing man, and was the inventor of many great things, but Static, would be his finest, and last creation before he was killed. Even though [REDACTED] was trying to help the world, many were afraid of him, and that fear, was the reason people wanted to kill him. When they did eventually kill [REDACTED], they brought Static in for questioning, but when they found out he basically knew nothing they wanted him to, they threw him out the back of the truck, and left him on the road to die, so he had to fend for himself, trying to make it through another day. But with each day, he had less power, and when he found his way back home, he only had 1% left, so when he got to his charging pad, he ran out as soon as he stepped on it. 50 years later, he was uncovered by my other oc's, and charged up so he can continue in present day.
