The new money is Libertarian barter money. It is equal to and can be traded for upvotes. This gives it intrinsic value and eliminates inflation. If you wanna simply upvote all your friends and flood the stream with "money" there's still the upvote time to keep you from being an intant millionaire.
Right now, the plan is to place the bill's in a safe stream, upvote and serial number them and then hand then out. This needs tweaking though as we still have to figure out how to track serial numbers easily.
