Have you heard of any from first-hand accounts or only through second-hand accounts? Nobody says that bees are fish or that there are infinite genders. People say that there is more than one gender, but nobody (at least in a substantial quantity) says that there are infinite genders!

Agender (People who do not abide by any of the social norms regarding gender)
Intersex (People who were born with both)
Transgender woman ( A person who was born a man but undertook operations to transition. They are not biological women but are definitely not men after undergoing transition)
Transgender man (Same for above but woman to man instead of man to women)
2 Spirit (The Native American variant on Transgenderism)
Bi-gender (Somebody who abides to both traditional gender norms)

A biological woman is somebody who was born with the chromosomes XX and a biological man is somebody who was born with the chromosome XY. Gender refers to the traits commonly associated with these two sexes and people may not always want to be apart of these socially-created traits. The only reason why I said self-explanatory is that everybody knows what a quantifies as somebody who was born as a man or woman.

Yet again, if you just took the time to research, it's not that complicated.
