you should stretch after that, something about lactic acid or something. It's when you don't stretch that you get really sore.

but with calming down part tho workouts raises cortisol which is normally produced when adrenaline is released and causes me to be in a hyped mood for a good minute even after the workout is done i just smoked to chill out and calm down

and if you say weed is bad for the brain take a look at benadryl a medicine everyone gets over the counter and use on a daily it causes dementia if used long enough
but the amount a damage weed causes in the long run are lesser than those over the counter medicine like zzzquil nyquil and benadryl etc which anyone can simply buy

i think benadryl only causes dementia if its used nearly everyday for years that dementia will be cause by just benadryl
