So I took a day to think about this, here’s how I see it.
So America is this big mean dog with these huge dangerous teeth (the teeth symbolize guns) so the government is trying, and is taking these teeth/guns away from the dog/America. And now all these people are angry the dog doesn’t have teeth but is still alive.
So now this small dog/Ukraine is all weak and defenseless so they’re trying to give this small weak dog some way to defend themselves by giving them teeth from the other dog.

3 Biden once said there is no point in armed citizens against a government bc they have tanks and missiles etc....yet he still wants to arm The Ukraine.
