One of my biggest flaws is being insecure about my mental state and when someone else is happy I make fun of them pretending it makes me feel better when in reality it makes me feel worse and when I reach a certain point I fall back on sad music which makes me feel worse ultimately throwing me into a depressive spiral that feels like it never ends.
