I got really underweight when I was younger and my friend who's 3 years older than me got so underweight she had to stop dancing for the rest of the year



anyways thanks to that my ribs stick out a lot now and my teacher keeps telling me to "tuck my ribs in" like ma'am I cant remold my bones sorry

It's actually a thing though. Like the British AND the Germans did a study on it because they were trying to save farmland (cause meat takes a lot more farmland to raise), but they found that the soldiers had to eat like 5 times as much of the breadstuffs or whatever as compared to the meat to get the same energy.

I was just thinking of the pros and cons of my dance studio and w o w 🥲; pros: you can be more flexible and athletic, you are a bit less scared of going onstage, you can learn simple things like tying your hair and doing makeup, you can jump higher cons: bad community, teachers that hit you and discourage you, injuries (lots of them), becoming really underweight at one point and having to see a doctor just for that, ribcage sticks out causing you to get yelled at more okay so do the math and pros: 4, cons: 5 but we love dance 🥺
