The Doom Slayer is a primordial force of nature, having existed since the earliest days of the universe as the eternal wrath of God given body, created to hunt the nightmares of Hell. Theoretically immortal, the Doom Slayer has taken many forms throughout recorded history and before, always appearing as a vague 'angel of revenge' who arises to smite the evils of the Hell realms. In his current form, the Slayer is more powerful than his previous forms due to a blessing from Maykr magic that gives him limitless speed, strength and stamina. However, the Slayer has not yet unlocked his true power as the wrath of God. The current Doom Slayer that inhabits WUC is not originally from that universe, and was brought here by unknown circumstances and merged with his pas WUC iteration to form something new.
