Hey random person reading this. I wrote this poem as a tribute to my cousin. It might be part of the song "L.M.L." or "Alone", idk yet. Its actaully gonna be part of a song that its kinda dedicated to him. *sigh*

Sometimes I wish that they could see things the way I do

Playing catch outside, laughing and talkin'
Bout music and The Score
And things that don't even matter anymore
Then the tables turned
And now every time I think of you it always hurts
Today someone said they laugh if you died
Sometimes it's hard to believe everyone's lies
I'm sorry I wasn't there for you
When you were all alone in that hospital room
Hated myself when I heard the news
Now I'm praying every day that you get better you
Helped me up when I was falling down and I'd do anything for you
I'm praying to The Lord that he helps you
Wish I could too, but really what should I do?
Mom and Dad don't bother tell me anything
So I'm still trying to figure this out
Either way I hope you'll stay
That happy, sporty kid I thought I knew
Maybe one day we could get back to playing
Frickin' catch or play with baseball bats
Get better soon
I dunno what I'd do without a best friend like you
