How do i make my own party?

I think to make elections fair for everyone we should have a system where a user must be active in the stream for at least one week in order to vote.

There were CP voters that come here just to vote and IMP that's bullshit because it would make elections unfair. The CP has the most puppets, and their leader IG just makes them vote for his CP (Child P**n) party each election. Meanwhile, CSP, LP, and IOF never won an election this year.
TBF I consider that users who barely visit this stream shouldn't be registered to vote.

Yeah, you're right. only people who have been in this stream for about 14 days and have been communicating with everyone in the stream should vote.

We don't want random people who just come in this stream and just vote for CP and leave as nothing has happened, it's "bullshit" I know.

Iof and lP have been campaigning for about 30 days and cp hasn't made one campaign ad at all, and still manage to win the election. Look I'm not attacking USA Patriots or fak_u, they are good candidates but they only made about 3 campaign ads. yet we have been taking the time had an effort on our campaign ads.
