The Nazis and this is why... the military working in the Military Commissariat kidnap people, and it happens in the daytime on the streets. If you don't speak Ukrainian, you can be beaten. Not so long ago, I met an American who was robbed by the Ukrainian police. I am generally silent about the attitude of the government towards the local population... I want to escape from this concentration camp called Ukraine, but the borders are closed and well guarded, men are not allowed out.
