Other puppets can act just fine because they're under the complete control of their puppeteers. The problem with the "Joe" puppet is he goes off-script and talks about kids bouncing on his lap and rubbing down his leg hairs, and other general babbling.

Yes. For that reason, and many others, it's almost inconceivable that Biden would remain in office after the democrats' unavoidable beat-down in November. He's simply more of a liability than an asset.
The questions then are how the puppeteers will pull that off, with the world in even more dire crises by then, and who they'll install in the White House.
