but seriously, one smarter individual at the head of everything, some people below him do work, people below them to work, so on so forth, it should be a flawless system
ehhhh but the main thing is how are the workers being treated do you think workers should have labor unions or have workers rights and be followed and not suppressed even for-profit?
that seems a little unfair lets say the person who is at the bottom has to work twice as hard to get payed the same amount as the guy above him who just works casually for that amount
well if your going with the thing their should be ppl below and above should there be regulations on how long they can work how much they should be payed etc should they be treated equally depending on what position they are in
