Theater: if I didn't get to med school I'd become a biology teacher. A theater minor might let me do some theater stuff in said school
Foreign language: if I become an er doc it would be nice to have some background in a language in case they come into an er not knowing English.
Even if I can't completely communicate it would give me the basics
