Probably the best thing in the backrooms to take with you would be a stuffed teddy of some description (Sanrio would be good) because you can give it to an entity called kitty, then it will take you to its house, you can eat most the food there easily and you can sleep safely, kitty will follow you around but that’s only because they are curious you won’t be killed and you can stay there as long as you want
