Flagging memes or comments that are harassing you should alert the stream mods and they'll do something about it if they're doing their job correctly. If that doesn't work reporting direct to a site mod is the best way to make us aware. We try to patrol the site as much as possible but the sheer number of streams makes it impossible to catch everything. Let me know if I can help you with anything.
