If a person upvotes or downvotes a meme that person (not the creator) will get 1 point.

If a meme gets an upvote the CREATOR gets 40 points. If the meme gets a downvote the CREATOR gets 30 points. (But downvotes aren't good for the creator bc they move the meme down one spot on the "Hot" section )
