Indeed, Karl Marx was the son of a woman from a wealthy family that would later found Phillips electronics. Friedrich Engels, Marx's own associate, was also the son of a wealthy bourgeois man. Strange that capitalism gives rise to one generation, then births it's opponents in the wealth of the later one.
