i'm turning 14 for 6 days

My hip has been hurting for a month
I’m 14

last year my tailbone hurt for almost half the year and I couldnt sit up properly or stand up without it hurting

it used to be worse, but I started stretching more and doing squats, so it's not hopeless lol
