Even as a teacher, I agree. This doesn't have to be a bad thing though. If you happen to have a bad teacher in any subject, Internet will be there to save you. Your parents didn't have that option.
However, the little you do learn in school is reliable information. It may feel useless, but at least you can be confident it is true.
