i am but i love digital and the colours are so full

if you're looking for a drawing tablet of some kind, I'd say get a WACOM one. that was my first one and its personally the best one I've ever had.

Is there a way to use an iPad as like a drawing tablet for like a PC because that’s all that I have and I don’t think that I will get enough money to get a drawing tablet it’s an iPad mini 2

What I personally do is after I draw on whatever mobile device(phone, iPad, tablet, etc. ) I send it to my gmail on my computer

But I'm not sure about anything else

Well if you have an ipad you could get ibsPaint or one of the other drawing apps and use one of the fancy apple pencils
