now tumblr is just a safe space for queer people and wholesome art

yeah that’s the issue when the artists moved out
You see
There’s 2 types of people when it comes to NSFW art
the artist
and the coomer
the artist has a symbiotic relationship with the coomer, where they’ll spread/like the image
and when the artists go to twitter
the coomers follow
and so do the people that rely on coomers for attention/content

then the problems of colonizing twitter occured
you see
twitter was (and still is) a lawless wasteland
there were no safe spaces
no wholesome memes
and most importantly
no SU artists to drive into suicide because they drew fat characters
this was called ‘the Tumblr exodus’ since tumblr lost a massive chunk of it’s fanbase AND revenue
