I sometimes bring snacks for my students to class. The ”don't eat during class” rule is useless. In my opinion, it should be ”don't eat anything too crunchy during class”.

Well you're a good teacher let me tell you because if you bring food and eat it in class with the teacher I have, you get kicked from school.
