I know about inventory editors. but cheating makes me feel awful, and it makes killing bosses or completing the run less significant.

I only did it for things that couldnt didnt or never spawned in my world

Yes but i already had it from another world but that file corrupted but the sword was in my inventory

I had to use cheat-sheet to get into the temple after beating plantera because it was taking me forever to find, but that's it.
