That's some good progress.
I'm doing more cardio and abdominal workouts but I wanna get more into weighted exercises to strengthen my arms and chest. I need to start eating some more protein and maybe make my workouts harder. But I think I'm making progress because some abs are starting to form. Been doing it as a new year's resolution and I'm proud of it tbh. Never tried cosmetic workouts but I might google it and see what I can try.
