That's awesome. My wife got me watching James & Tuck a few years ago haha.
I've never seen a dog eat vegetables like that.
We are also working toward the food forest concept, piling on the mulch & using
Charles Dowding's "no-dig" method... it has worked out really well for us.
The mulching does take some work, but it's so worth it. I'm lucky enough to have access
to a dump truck, that makes a huge difference.
We moved to a new & bigger place last summer & had just enough time to get several
new fruit trees & shrubs planted. Looking forward to seeing how they do this year.
