If they made it on that fourth down play, they most likely would have won, but they didn't, and that's how LA scraped by with their win.

It was also 23-20.

True. They could've even just let LA get the touchdown to save time, and then get close enough to get the field goal to tie it up. It was a tough call. But still a good game.
