The current education system is as ultra-competitive as it is flawed and fills its students with dangerous amounts of anxiety. The entire system has to be reformed. Avoiding uniformisation is a priority. We should reject the outdated current approach with its high focus on analytic performance and standardization and pave the way of students for them to thrive on their individuality and capacities which can in turn bring about intellectual emancipation and massive, desperately needed change to every single aspect of society.
