If it's one of the usual suspects they will tip their hand. If it's a random troll, they will get deleted an quit.
It's most likely someone who was bullying you before making the alt. So that really narrows it down.

Are they bullying you outside of memechat?

I reccomend you block them, and then send me a link of any comments that contain harrassment aimed at you...I'll report it to a mod
