how long you think it'll take for em to notice I'm gone

it really depends if they would even care, how/when will you get out of the house, how long until you return (that's if you do), what you'll do to make sure you won't get caught and if you did, what would be your plan b or c or d
for me, it took them 12 hours to notice, 3 hours to find me
I left at around 3 am
this does take a lot of knowledge, skill, stealth, planning, and preparation.
lurk within shadows, stay out of sight from cameras, avoid crowds, don't make it obvious that you are alone, and know your surroundings. blend in. carry around a pocket knife just in case. don't act suspicious, but at the same time don't act too normal. most importantly, don't die. you did all of that hard work, don't let it go to waste...

I mean you can a hour or so before midnight so you could get there and I would say a couple of hours after your parents wake up to notice your gone

Then take multiple buses so when they do file a missing person report the police can’t just track that one bus and don’t use a credit or debit card cuz when you spend money with that police can recored that and if you want to leave forever leave the state if you can walk most of the way
