This is an LGBTQ support stream. Knowingly posting memes or comments that are homophobic or transphobic is explicitly against the rules.
They are banned for breaking those rules.
Why are those rules in place?
Because this is a safe place for people in the LGBTQ community to be able to express themselves WITHOUT harassment for being who they are.
Most of the people on this stream have enough trauma going on at home or at school, they do not need more to that pile. They need an accepting place, and this is it.

Being homophobic/transphobic isn’t an opinion, it is simply ignorance. And nobody is entitled to an opinion, your right is to an informed opinion. Homophobes/transphobes are people who disagree with others living their lives how they want to and not hurting anyone by doing so. Homophobes/transphobes are ignorant people against progress, living in the past.

well you see gender is a social construct what you're thinking of is sex which there are technically only 2 (male and female) since gender is a social construct there can be lots of genders thus gender identity being a thing and how non-binary, demi, and others exist

Saying there are only two genders isn't an opinion - it's discriminating against people who have a different gender of which there are a lot in this stream. There's a rule right in the description saying that is not allowed here.
