Kid Flash, XS, Jesse-Quick and Jay Garrick are alive

Jesse quick was killed if I recall correctly since I watched the whole series awhile back, and jay was killed (i think) XS was removed from the future one time, kid flash lost his powers (not sure if he got them back when Alan recreated the speed force or not)

wait Garrick is still alive cuz that time has not happened yet
and wait in which episode was Quick killed?
and XS was returned with her speed so she's also there
and im pretty sure Kid Flash got back his powers cuz in the Godspeed war Barry suggested Wally when looking for more speedsters

Pretty sure quick was killed when her world was destroyed because she never showed again I think. I can't remember I haven't seen the show in a few months, I been busy watching The Blacklist

oh i forgot abt Crisis
cuz i didn't watch it cuz it stretches across shows and i only watched Flash then
