well thats auth communism which is inherently bad all together but an alternative like anarcho communism or market communism is a better alternative to marxism and all the other versions of auth communism

That might work in small communities like religious communes and monasteries (where God is the focus and not the political theory) but that can't realistically work on a large land mass with billions of people and different ethnicities and cultures. Any political system is only as good as the people running it which is why there is no "perfect way" because there are no perfect people.
idk they can be big with a justified hierarchy of ppl in power but there will be no social hierarchy tho so no class or anything but there will be different ppl in power which are severely restricted on what they can do
