Depends on which God. The Lord (in Christianity) is described as the father, but 'a' God it a define being from other worlds.
In other religions like Hinduism there are multiple gods, some which aren't even single gendered.
The ancient God(es) Baphomet was described which contains binary elements representing the "symbolization of the equilibrium of opposites" (e.g. half-human and half-animal, male and female, good and evil, etc.).
